LDPx™ is a proven 10-year system that takes top industry leadership models and breaks them down into tangible and applicable concepts.
We practice the concepts we teach so they can be immediately applied and make an impact on your organization. Participants will be taught by our executive team, and other successful industry leaders, to enhance leadership skills, improve decision-making, build high-performing teams, and use strategies that propel organizations.
This refinement course takes on a full-circle approach using these key elements derived from our Leadership Development Training Arc™. Our program consists of monthly, day-long sessions delivered by internal leading experts that feature morning workshops and afternoon peer advisory and coaching practicums.
This is a one-year program.
Program Fee: $8,500/person*

The program typically begins in October of the current year and runs through September of the following year. Classes are held from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM usually on the first Friday of the month. If the first Friday of the month happens to be on an Observed Holiday, that class will be held on an alternate Friday.
Who Should Attend: Mid- to senior-level leaders that are on or headed toward the executive team at their organizations.
Format: Online/Virtual, Instructor-led
Class Size: A typical class size is between 10-25 and can be made up of individuals or an organization's entire leadership team.

Steve Genn, ACC, BCC, PMP®
Steve combines his leadership skills and experience with a passion for developing rising executives. He co-developed and facilitates the Leadership Development Program and has presented on this topic to the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the Joint Engineer Training Conference (JETC), and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). Steve is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a Board-Certified Executive Coach (BCC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a certified Myers-Briggs® practitioner. He has 25+ years of program/project management experience and currently leads the Department of Defense portfolio. He previously worked at PwC, Cardinal Health, and several highly regarded management consulting firms. Steve received his MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and a BA from Louisiana State University, where he was commissioned through Air Force ROTC. His prior military service includes active duty as an Air Force Air Battle Manager, during which he flew missions in Desert Storm. He retired as a Colonel from the Air Force Reserves.
Leigh Valudes, CMQ-OE, PMP®, LEED-AP
Chief Executive Officer
Leigh is the Chief Innovation Officer at Anser Advisory. His 20+ years of experience include strategic planning, innovation programs, quality programs, business operations, and training, mission analysis, performance-based requirements, national security programs, program/project management, and energy & environmental policy management.Leigh has been a top adviser to several marquee federal clients, and large-scale programs for private sector, state & local, and university clients. His vast experience led him to co-develop and facilitate the Leadership Development Program.Leigh has a bachelor’s degree in government and history from the University of Delaware and American University’s National Semester Program with a focus on national & foreign policy. He is enrolled at Harvard University studying for a Master’s in Business Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, a Certified Manager of Quality in Organization Excellence (CMQ-OE) , and a certified LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP).
If for some reason you are unable to attend, you may transfer to another course at no additional charge within 12 months of the course you originally registered for or you may receive a refund of your original registration rate, less a $200.00 administrative fee. Refund or transfer requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the course start date. No transfers or refunds will be made within 14 days of the course start date.
