At Anser Advisory, part of Accenture, we’re on a mission to redefine the AEC industry consulting by combining modern approaches with old-school principles. We partner with organizations through ideation, analytics, education, and management of their infrastructure and capital projects. A more traditional firm would describe this as providing project/program controls and project/program/agency construction management services. Still, we describe it as eliminating owner and operator learning curves, reducing risk, saving money, and managing capital project outcomes for their social and civil infrastructure.
