Utility Administration Building


The Challenges

Anser provided project management, construction management, and project controls to assist the utility with the remodeling and construction expansion of the existing administration building with site improvements. The current building occupancy limit needed to be increased to meet peak staffing needs that were 50% greater than the limit. Fire alarm and fire suppression systems were installed, as well as energy-efficient LED lighting per the client’s design standards. Site improvements included pavement renovation for emergency vehicles and staff parking, demolition of the existing temporary trailer, and ADA compliance measures, as necessary.
