Anser provides project/construction management staff augmentation services for UC Riverside for the design and construction of the new Student Success Center (SSC). The new SSC is envisioned to be an approximately 60,000 GSF /39,000 ASF multi-story facility comprised of general assignment classrooms, student affairs and multipurpose spaces, study and lounge areas, support spaces, and a dining facility. The spaces provided will address UCR’s growing student population and need for instructional space and creative space.
