The Challenges
Anser was awarded a 3-year on-call contract with the City of Menifee to provide project and construction management services including: resident engineers, construction inspection, labor compliance, Caltrans local assistance services, subdivision inspection services, constructability reviews, schedule reviews, claims resolutions, and stormwater monitoring.
Newport Road Rehabilitation Project: Anser was contracted by the City of Menifee for construction management Services for a Federally Funded, Caltrans Local Assistance Oversight project responsible for rehabilitating about 1.0 miles of an undivided arterial road.
Fire Station #7 Labor Compliance: Anser was awarded a task order to review labor compliance on the City’s federally funded fire station project.
Safe Routes to School: Anser was contracted by the City to manage the construction of five pedestrian ramps, add approximately 1,300 LF of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and other minor street improvements to improve safety for children walking and biking to school.
