The Challenges
Since 2013, Anser provided Northeastern University with a broad range of building project and program management services on over 500 individual projects at the Boston Campus and nearby sites, including the Burlington campus. We developed assessments, scopes of work and cost estimates, solicited proposals from design professionals, tracked and reported on design progress, and developed and coordinated review and approval of budgets. For construction phase services we coordinated contractor services, reviewed and submitted for approval change orders, tracked exposure to change orders, provided cost updates and status reports, coordinated close out, and all other tasks assigned.
