The Challenges
Anser serves as construction manager for the new municipal complex for the Borough of Bergenfield. The project consists of a new three-story, 30,000 sf police and municipal building for the Borough of Bergenfield. The proposed facility provides for municipal police, borough administration, municipal departments, and municipal court programs. The unique solution provides for police functions on a lower level; municipal offices on the second level; and courtroom and administration spaces on the third level. A three-story lobby with open stair organizes the internal space and brings light into the building.
