A conceptual masterplan for the site of the Alamo was developed to revitalize one of the most recognized and visited historic sites in the State of Texas. As an integral member of the program management team, Anser provided preconstruction services for the new 70,000 – 80,000 SF world-class visitor center and museum that includes gallery spaces, a ticketing and security checkpoint for the historic site and facilities for a large-scale, media-based experience. The masterplan for the complex was to include ground-level public retail spaces, a rooftop terrace and a restaurant overlooking the entire Alamo footprint and iconic church structure.
