Ocean County College Health Sciences Building Construction Management Toms River, New Jersey
The Challenges
The new building is a multi-level facility with a two-story atrium and expansive views is designed to accommodate approximately 800 students. The program includes classrooms, labs and additional learning spaces for Health Sciences, Nursing, Health and Human Performance and additional academics. Electrical, heating and cooling services are fed from an existing campus CHP plant. The project is currently in the closeout phase. Anser provides full construction management services including preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
