The Challenges
This project is a new $19 million 24,000 square foot Life Sciences and Engineering building that is an addition and renovation to the Otto H. York Center for Environmental Engineering and Science. The new facility will focus on biotechnology sciences and include shared laboratories, meeting spaces, classrooms, and offices. Cutting edge technology is provided for biomedical engineering, biological sciences, electrical engineering, nanotechnologies and healthcare technologies. Anser’s New Jersey office provided full construction program management services including preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
