Anser provided construction management services for expansion of two separate areas of the yard at the substation for a utility. Significant elements of the scope of work included construction of approximately 500 linear feet of reinforced concrete retaining walls and approximately 200 linear feet of brow ditch. The project also included re-contouring the site in preparation for below-grade construction. Anser’s services included pre-construction planning, scheduling, and contractor management.
