The Challenges

Owner’s project manager for the expansion and renovation of the American Antiquarian Society (AAS), a major research library that houses the largest collection of printed material related to American history before the 20th century. The project includes the construction of a new three-story wing, the reconfiguration of rooms in the original building, and an upgrade of all mechanical systems, which involves complex sequencing and logistics to protect the library’s precious historical materials. The project was subject to historic state and local approvals.
