The Challenges
Anser Advisory, formerly RW Block Consulting (RWBC) assists with Jackson Health System’s (JHS’s) Internal Audit Department auditing the upcoming $1.4 billion 10-year capital construction program. We assist the Department in developing the audit plan and strategy for the program, providing supervision and/or staff to assist with executing the audit plan, mentoring and training JHS internal audit staff in the area of auditing capital construction projects, and providing capital construction auditing subject matter experts/expertise as requested.
