Town of Belmont Underwood Pool Owners Project Management Los Belmont, MA
The Challenges
Owner’s project manager for the Town of Belmont for the replacement of 100+ year old outdoor public pool (believed to be the country’s oldest) and bath house. The plan included 2 adjacent pools (separated by program and for redundancy) and 2 bath houses set within a public park which features an all-purpose field, playground and parking. The park is located between two schools, and is adjacent to Belmont Public Library, aspects that made site access and staging for the project key issues.
