Anser provided project management services for the implementation of Primavera P6 scheduling software for the transmission and substation business lines at the utility.The project scope included an in-depth analysis of existing processes and procedures, development of new processes and procedures, support organizational change management, assist in developing business requirements, business cases, resource strategy, supporting implementation with expert schedulers, and assisting with training. The initiative was completed in 2018.
