The Challenges

GOAA’s capital program will implement , construction of new airside and landside terminals, rehabilitation and expansion of existing facilities, construction of a new intermodal station, parking facilities, consolidated rental car facilities, roadways, and associated infrastructure. The program is being delivered using various delivery methods including design-bid-build (DBB) with a general contractor (GC), as well as with construction managers at risk (CMAR). Other delivery methods used include design-build-operate-maintain (DBOM) with a CMAR as well as design-build (DB) with a GC.
