The Challenges
Anser Advisory (formerly Pinck & Co.) was owner’s project manager (OPM) for the relocation of City Year’s ‘Headquarters for Idealism,’ the permanent home for the education nonprofit organization dedicated to helping students and schools succeed. The project scope involved the tenant fit-out of a five story, 55,000 SF building in Boston’s Back Bay, creating an inviting entryway and lobby, new office and conference space, new systems and technology, and elevator improvements. The team coordinated the permitting, contractor selection, construction monitoring, closeout, and move planning and management on an exceptionally aggressive schedule.
