The Challenges
Anser provides project/construction management (PCM) services to oversee the design-builder for construction package 2-3 (CP 2-3). The purpose of the PCM role is to effectively manage multiple large contracts required to deliver the first construction segment. This oversight minimizes construction risks and ensures California’s delivery of a high-speed rail system meets the mandates of Proposition 1A. Anser provides key support to the Authority with construction oversight management, third party stakeholder management coordination with UPRR and BNSF, structure construction oversight, civil Inspection and right of way acquisition management. Our key management staff provide oversight of the design-builder and coordination with Authority staff. Anser staff perform constructability reviews of DB RFC packages. There are over 30 MSE wall supported grade separations on the project.
