The Challenges

The project constructs a grade separation bypass connecting SR-111 to Avenue 66 with a new 793’ railroad grade separation bypass over UPRR, SR-111, and Hammond Road in the community of Mecca, California. Anser provides a full time resident engineer, structures representative, office engineer, and 2 field inspectors to manage this work. Anser also manages a team of subconsultants to perform other requested services (public outreach, electrical inspection, labor compliance, materials testing, environmental (biological/cultural/ archeological monitors).
